Delete your account

How to delete your Money Tracker account and all data linked to it, what we delete, and what we keep for a limited time.

How to request deletion

In the app Fastest

  1. Open Money Tracker and sign in.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Close Account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm. Your account and records are deleted immediately.

By email If you cannot use the app

Use this if you cannot open the app, forgot your password, or signed up with Google or Facebook.

  1. Write from the email address on your account to ariefzufar@arizu.id / arizu.team@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject "Delete my account".
  3. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours.
  4. We delete the account within 14 days and confirm by email.

Data we delete with your account

  • Profile: name, email address, password hash and plan.
  • Transactions, categories, budgets, money sources, transfers and recurring entries.
  • Receipt photos and the AI scan results stored with them.
  • Sign-in history, registered devices and security alerts.
  • In-app notifications.
  • Google or Facebook sign-in information (ID, name, email and picture link).
  • Subscription records stored on our server.

Data we keep, and for how long

Some records are kept for a limited time for security, accounting and fraud prevention. After your account is deleted they no longer point to you, unless the note says otherwise.

Before you delete

  • Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
  • Deletion cannot be undone. Export your records first if you want a copy.
