How to request deletion
In the app Self-service
- Open Money Tracker and sign in.
- Export a copy first if you want one (CSV or PDF).
- Delete what you no longer want, such as transactions, budgets, categories, money sources and recurring entries.
By email For anything the app cannot delete
Use this for receipt photos and AI scan results, sign-in and device history, AI usage records, or everything except the account itself.
- Write from the email address on your account to ariefzufar@arizu.id / arizu.team@gmail.com.
- Use the subject "Delete my data" and list what you want removed.
- We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours.
- We delete it within 14 days and confirm by email.
Data we can delete for you
- Profile: name, email address, password hash and plan.
- Transactions, categories, budgets, money sources, transfers and recurring entries.
- Receipt photos and the AI scan results stored with them.
- Sign-in history, registered devices and security alerts.
- In-app notifications.
- Google or Facebook sign-in information (ID, name, email and picture link).
- Subscription records stored on our server.
Data we keep, and for how long
Some records are kept for a limited time for security, accounting and fraud prevention. After your account is deleted they no longer point to you, unless the note says otherwise.

Before you delete
- Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Export your records first if you want a copy.
