Frequently asked questions
Does Money Tracker connect to my bank?
No. You add transactions by hand, by scanning a receipt or with a recurring rule. The app never moves money and never asks for a bank login.
Who can see my transactions?
Only you. When you scan a receipt, the photo is read by an AI provider so it can fill in the details. Our support team can see your plan and account status, but not your transactions, balances or budgets.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free includes the full tracking toolkit. Scanning is limited to 5 receipts a day and a short ad is shown before each scan. Lite and Pro remove the ads and raise the limits.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Cancel a subscription in Google Play at any time. To delete your account, open Profile in the app and choose Close Account. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel that first.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The app is available in English and Indonesian. You can set your own currency in your profile using its three-letter code, such as USD, EUR or JPY.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Money Tracker is available for Android 8.0 and newer.
